An Unforgettable & Dreamy Winter Wedding
Sam & Jack came for a tour last Spring and were shown around by Winston, who has worked here since 1997. His passion for The Interlaken sold them immediately and the planning began shortly after! As the process went on, we knew their winter wedding was going to be one that we would always remember. When the weekend finally came, we were experiencing record low temperatures with highs around -5. It was crazy but the entire wedding turned out even better than we could have imagined and was beautifully captured by their photographer, Meghan Ann Imagery. Here are some of our favorite things from Sam & Jack's winter wedding at The Interlaken Inn.
Getting Ready in Townhouses
Sam & Jack booked separate townhouses to get ready in with their bridal parties. We love when couples do this because it allows so much space for everyone to spread out and get ready how they want to. Plus, with the full kitchens, they can prepare meals or enjoy food delivered from the restaurant!
Romantic Dried Flowers
Sam worked with the team at Country Gardener's Florist to create the most beautiful arrangements of dried pampas grass and eucalyptus as her bridal bouquet. This was so cool, since it is already preserved! Then, she had fresh babies breath in her hair and around the reception creating a stunning accent to all of their decor.
Sunset Photos
Of course, we loved the photos that they took at sunset with our beloved Sunnyside building in the background. It truly captured how magical and special our property is, even in the winter. Plus, they got to take these nice and early so they could dance the night away! '
